This one-session course is a beginner level workshop for anyone new to the world of interchangeable lens cinematography. We’ll go over the basics of lenses & light, camera movement shooting tricks, and best practices for your workflow in both production and post. For this class, you’ll need to bring a few things with you, namely any and all cameras, lenses, and adapters you have. In addition, you’ll get more out of the class if you’ve got a little experience with a video camera, worked or been on a film shoot, or know some still photography basics.
* Please note this class is about CINEMATOGRAPHY, not still photography. Your camera will need to shoot video.
This class, like alllll of the others, happens at the Brainery space at 515 Court St in Brooklyn, on the corner of W 9th and Court.
