Wes of Family Records recorded a quick behind-the-scenes video of our Wakey!Wakey! shoot. Wes says, “This whole scene makes me feel very alive. Brooklyn is so awesome.”

Awwww. We think Brooklyn is so awesome, too.

Just wrapped our shoot with Wakey!Wakey! on an unseasonably warm January Saturday.  Cobras and Wakeys alike worked hard all day, emptied their whiskey glasses at night and  filled their bellies with delicious arepas at Caracas.  What a gloooooooorious day.

Wakey!Wakey! says yes to our invitation to cover Yeasayer’s “Ambling Alp.”
